Communications Regarding Hotels
The only communication you will receive from NCSC regarding hotel reservations will be in your confirmation email after registration.
Companies contacting you regarding hotel reservations, offering special hotel rates, or selling the attendee list are pirate companies and DO NOT represent NCSC, eCourts or conference hotels.
Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated companies may appear to be at lower rates, but they are likely illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or are completely nonrefundable. No legitimate hotel will ever contact you directly to make hotel reservations.
The exhibit fee includes an electronic pre- and post-show attendee list. NCSC never sells any type of attendee/membership lists.
NCSC does not approve the solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider. NCSC and its hotel providers will not contact you offering a hotel reservation outside of the registration confirmation email. We strongly recommend you DO NOT use any services offered by solicitors.
