We’re all sold out! For those who purchased a booth, here’s a quick reminder of what’s included with each booth:
Included
- 10x10' booth space
- 8’ high back drape
- 3’ high side drape
- 7x44" black & white company name sign
- Carpeted exhibit hall
- Wireless internet
- One complimentary lead retrieval device
- Four Exhibit Staff badges per 10x10' booth space (1 booth=4 badges; 2 booths=8 badges). Exhibit Staff must be employed by the Exhibiting company. Badge provides access to Exhibit Hall ONLY (including Monday Reception & Tuesday Lunch). Special Instructions to Register On-Site Exhibit Staff will be provided along with hotel information.
- Electronic pre- and post-show attendee list (name, address, and emails provided of opt-ins)

Register On-Site Exhibit Staff
Each company receives 4 exhibit staff badges per 10×10 booth. This provides exhibit staff with access to the exhibit hall during move-in, show hours and move-out. It also includes the opening reception (Monday) and Lunch (Tuesday), both being held in the Exhibit area.
An email with detailed instructions on how to register was sent to the exhibitor main point of contact.

Hotel Reservations
The only communication you will receive from NCSC regarding hotel reservations at conference rates will be in your confirmation email after registration.
Be on the Lookout for Scam Phone Calls/Emails!
Companies contacting you regarding hotel reservations, offering special hotel rates, or selling the attendee list are pirate companies and DO NOT represent NCSC, eCourts or conference hotels.
Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated companies may appear to be at lower rates, but they are likely illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or are completely nonrefundable. No legitimate hotel will ever contact you directly to make hotel reservations.
The exhibit fee includes an electronic pre- and post-show attendee list. NCSC never sells any type of attendee/membership lists.
NCSC does not approve the solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider. NCSC and its hotel providers will not contact you offering a hotel reservation outside of the registration confirmation email. We strongly recommend you DO NOT use any services offered by solicitors.
Please be mindful of this and report any unauthorized solicitations to NCSC’s Conference Services at conferences@ncsc.org.
